Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom, delivering a high-quality shopping experience while assisting them in making selections from Blue Stone's extensive collection. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, showcasing product expertise, and meeting sales goals. The role also involves collaborating with the in-store team to ensure seamless operations and maintaining strong brand representation.
Qualifications
Proven ability in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and achieving sales targets
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
Knowledge of Jewellery and Gemstones is beneficial but not mandatory
Customer-Focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in using sales tools and POS systems is advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to a dynamic retail setting
Prior experience in the retail, luxury, or fashion industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
