Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervisory tasks, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and managing overall maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal functioning of the manufacturing units.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills
Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair skills
Experience in Maintenance Management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
Prior experience in polymer or manufacturing industry is a plus
