Industry & Sector:  Healthcare — Private clinical and hospital services, primary care and acute-care support in a fast-growing medical staffing/clinical operations environment. Role based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (on-site).

Role (Primary Title):  Resident Medical Officer (RMO) — MBBS (Fresher). We are seeking a motivated, clinically-sound MBBS graduate to join an on-site clinical team delivering high-quality outpatient and inpatient care, emergency triage, and routine hospital rounds.

Role & Responsibilities

Perform initial patient assessment, clinical examinations and record accurate histories for outpatient and admitted patients.
Stabilize and manage acute presentations and medical emergencies following established clinical protocols and escalate to seniors as needed.
Provide day-to-day inpatient care: conduct ward rounds, monitor vital signs, manage prescriptions and review treatment plans.
Assist senior physicians with procedures and interventions, and perform basic procedures within competency (IV cannulation, suturing assistance, wound care).
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in patient records and handovers to ensure continuity of care and medicolegal compliance.
Adhere to infection control standards, medication safety practices and hospital policies during shifts, including night and rotational duties.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

MBBS degree from an accredited medical college and successful completion of internship.
Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council (e.g., UP State Medical Council) or eligibility to register.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain immediately.
Strong clinical examination and emergency triage skills.
Ability to perform and assist with basic bedside procedures (IV cannulation, wound care).
Willingness to work on-site in Ghaziabad with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Preferred

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Prior internship rotations in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Surgery.
Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) or clinical documentation systems.
