Role Description

The Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct administrative and executive support to company leadership. Daily tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, arranging travel itineraries, and ensuring smooth office operations. Effective communication, organization, and multitasking are crucial for success in this role.

You will also handle confidential information and maintain trust and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and related tasks.
Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and maintaining financial records accurately.
Experience in providing Executive Support and ensuring the effectiveness of senior leadership.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external interactions.
Prior experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing office tasks and maintaining confidential records.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
