Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Trustee will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Managing Trustee's daily activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, proactive coordination, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage the Managing Trustee's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation on behalf of the Managing Trustee.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact between the Managing Trustee and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely flow of information.
Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and official communications.
Operational Support
Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of projects assigned by the Managing Trustee.
Maintain records, files, MIS reports, and confidential documents.
Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Meeting & Event Management
Organize internal and external meetings, reviews, and events.
Coordinate logistics such as venue, materials, and follow-ups.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Handle sensitive information with high level of discretion and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Experience working with senior management will be an advantage.

Salary
22,000 to 25000 per month
