Founder's Associate Intern

We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to work directly with the Founder and support all aspects of running and growing the business. This is a hands-on, dynamic role — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and taking ownership of their work.
You'll assist with day-to-day operations, paperwork, vendor coordination, and also help shape our public presence through social media and client communication. In short, you'll be the Founder's right hand — keeping things running smoothly both behind the scenes and in front of the audience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Handle company paperwork, record-keeping, and data organization.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other resources as needed.
Manage schedules, appointments, and internal follow-ups.
Support in planning and tracking company projects and deliverables.
Communications & Brand
Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
Draft posts, reply to messages/comments, and keep engagement consistent.
Act as the company's representative when interacting with clients or visitors.
Help prepare presentations, proposals, and basic marketing materials.
Executive Assistance
Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day priorities.
Help organize meetings, travel, and company events.
Be the point of contact in the Founder's absence — maintaining professionalism and clarity.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and writing skills (English proficiency a must).
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Comfort with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, etc.).
A positive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn new things.
Experience in marketing
Prior experience in admin, or coordination roles is a plus, but not required.
