About the Role  We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented  Accounts Head  to manage end-to-end accounting for our company and its brands. The role requires hands-on expertise in GST, reconciliations, ecommerce accounting, and coordination with our CA.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance   Maintain  complete books of accounts  (sales, purchases, expenses, assets, liabilities).
Prepare and file GST returns  (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with GSTR-2B).
Ensure timely compliance with  statutory and regulatory requirements .
Coordinate regularly with the  CA  for audits, filings, and financial reviews.

E-commerce & Revenue Reconciliation   Extract sales and payout data from  all ecommerce portals  (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).
Perform  portal-wise reconciliation  of:
Orders vs payouts
TDS, TCS, commissions, returns, and penalties
Match  profit margins  portal-wise and brand-wise.
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Financial Control & Reporting   Prepare  monthly MIS, profit & loss statements , and basic cash-flow reports.
Track receivables, payables, and working capital.
Assist management with  financial insights and cost control .

Payroll & Other Work   Process  salary calculations  and maintain payroll records.
Handle  vendor payments  and expense verification.
Maintain proper  documentation and records  for audits.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in  Commerce / Accounting / Finance .
Strong knowledge of  GST laws and compliance .
Experience in  ecommerce accounting & reconciliations .
Proficiency in  Tally / accounting software  and  MS Excel .
Ability to coordinate independently with CA and internal teams.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred (Good to Have)   Experience handling  multiple brands  or manufacturing/trading companies.
Knowledge of  TDS, TCS, and basic income tax processes .
Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, or ecommerce-driven businesses.
