We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a Germantown, WI area organization. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service while managing various administrative tasks related to benefits administration. This position requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and attentive customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process and manage order entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize SAP software to maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to benefits management and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement improvements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while managing sensitive information.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure all communications align with the company's standards and values.
Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP software for data management.
- Strong skills in order entry and administrative support.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
- Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
