• Stock and present produce, ensuring proper facing, filling, and organization per the department schematics.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise properly to ensure freshness and quality.
• Rotate merchandise, trim, water, and manage inventory control for maximum product freshness.
• Assist customers with questions and provide guidance in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and OSHA regulations.

Team members under 18 have restrictions on knife use, ladder use, operating machinery, and working in coolers or freezers.

• 16 years or older.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, good communication, ability to follow directions, and strong teamwork.
• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Required to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift up to 50 lbs, lift 20 lbs utility cart, walk up to 5 miles during an 8‑hour shift, and maintain these functions for 10–12 hours.
• Adherence to safety, health, and OSHA regulations; ability to perform related duties as assigned.
