** Description
* * We are seeking a highly autonomous CRNA to support a busy orthopedic practice. Founded in 1942, Memphis Orthopaedic Group is the region’s oldest legacy orthopaedic practice. What began as a small clinic has expanded over the decades incorporating in 1974 and evolving into a thriving, multi-physician organization. Following a merger with MSK Group, the practice now spans five locations with a 12-physician team, all dedicated to delivering exceptional othopaedic care and exceeding patient and family expectations.

* ** Case Assignments
** High-volume case mix including hips, knees, shoulders, ankles, and single-level outpatient spine procedures.

** Shifts
* * 7AM-3PM, Monday - Friday (overtime paid at premium rate)    
** Team Leadership
** Dr. Matthew Walsh, RVP, Mid-West Region    
** Team Highlights
** CRNAs practice with a high level of independence within a care team model.

** Responsibilities
* * Highly proficient in spinal blocks  Pre-anesthesia assessment  Obtains and/or verifies patient consent  Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient  Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia  Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition  Performance of clinical intervention as needed    
** Requirements
* * Current license as a registered professional nurse  Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education  Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
