This is a part-time, in-person role for a Counselor at Hope Evergreen Counseling LLC in Germantown, TN. The Counselor will provide individual, and/or family therapy sessions to help clients achieve their mental health goals. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing customized treatment plans, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with other professionals as necessary. Additionally, the Counselor will provide attentive, professional care and contribute to the overall positive environment of the practice.

• Strong counseling and therapeutic skills, with experience in facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.
• Proficiency in conducting client assessments, creating treatment plans, and documenting progress.
• Knowledge of mental health theories, counseling techniques, and ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse clientele and within a professional team setting.
• Master s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (required).
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a counselor or therapist in the state of Tennessee (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Prior experience in counseling or mental health-related roles is a strong advantage.
