A large, well-established primary care network in the Memphis metro is hiring Primary Care Physicians (FM/IM) due to upcoming retirements. New physicians will immediately inherit established patient panels and join busy, well-supported outpatient practices.
Position Details- Average 18-22 patients/day
- Fully staffed clinics with strong clinical/administrative support
- 22 total clinics within the primary care network
- 18-month guaranteed base: $280k-$305k (FMV/experience)
- $30k sign-on bonus
- Monthly productivity model with early transition if exceeding base
- Up to $40k annual quality bonus
- Metro area of 1.3 million residents
- Strong and robust economy led by Healthcare, Transportation, Education
- Logistical hub of the country home to many Fortune 500 companies
- Wonderful mid-town and suburban areas to live in with easy access to everything
