Join a Tradition of Excellence in Germantown! Experienced RDA needed! Elite Dental Care is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Germantown, TN team. We've been serving West Tennessee for over four decades, and we need a dynamic assistant who is ready to provide top-tier care from day one.
The Non-NegotiablesTo ensure our patients receive the best care, the following are strictly required:
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of previous work experience as a dental assistant. - Licensure: A valid State of Tennessee Dental Assistant license.
- Certification:
Nitrous Oxide and X-ray certifications are required. - Education:
Graduate of a TN-approved Dental Assistant school.
- Clinical Support:
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist doctors during procedures. - Patient Care:
Welcome and drape patients, provide oral hygiene education, and manage post-op instructions. - Diagnostic Excellence:
Utilize radiographic machinery and fabricate temporary restorations. - Tech Savvy:
Maintain records in Dentrix and manage dental supply inventory.
