Spa Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and guest-focused Spa Coordinator to join our team at Germantown Day Spa. This staff member is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in creating a warm, relaxing, and elevated spa experience.

• Representing the spa’s brand and image through presenting a professional appearance, exhibiting a welcoming demeanor, and ensuring a well-maintained lobby and atmosphere
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, recommending services and retail products, completing transactions, and rebooking future appointments
• Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently for all service providers and clients
• Communicating clearly and effectively with service providers and management to support efficient daily operations
• Adhering to all front desk policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Completing opening and closing procedures for the spa as scheduled
• Replenishing products as needed to ensure visually appealing retail displays

• Availability to work opening and closing shifts and least two Saturdays a month
