Senior Sales Associate

$17.65 - $18.65 per hour

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to deliver an outstanding Kate Spade experience.

• Achieves individual sales goals.
• Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
• Develops a personal connection with guests through effective use of selling skills.

• Achieves personal sales goals.
• Exhibits extensive product knowledge.
• Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
• Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to initiate business-driven events in store.

• Communicates Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
• Builds strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of the company.
• Communicates client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

• Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.

• Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Capable of safely lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.
