Established in 1983, Germantown Veterinary Clinic is one of the largest and best-equipped full-service veterinary hospitals in the region. We treat our clients like family and their pets like our own, focusing on preventive care, individualized treatment, and long-term wellness for dogs, cats, and other small animals.

• Position Type:
  Full-time
• Pay: $22–$28/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $500
• Schedule:
  • 4-day work week
  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM (rotating, every other Saturday)
  • Sunday:
    Closed
• On-call availability required once every two months after 90 days of employment

To Be Considered, Candidates Must Have

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience working as a non‑credentialed Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant
• Proficiency in veterinary technical skills, including:
  • Blood draws
  • IV catheter placement
  • Urine and stool sample collection
  • Surgical preparation and assistance
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• A willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Additional training is available for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
