Veterinary Client Service Representative – Full-Time

Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our general practice team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
• Assist veterinarians and the medical team with each hospital function to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
• Process payment transactions.
• Appropriately schedule appointments and surgeries.
• Relay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to our clients.

• Experience in a clinical veterinary setting strongly preferred
• 1 year customer service experience required
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Comfortable utilizing a multi-line phone system

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $19/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
