Veterinary Client Service Representative

Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our general practice team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

Experience & Skills Requirements:- Experience in a clinical veterinary setting strongly preferred
- 1 year customer service experience required
- Enjoys connecting with people and has exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
- Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Comfortable utilizing a multi-line phone system
- Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
- With each hospital function, assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
- Process payment transactions
- Appropriately schedule appointments and surgeries
- Relay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team members
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to our clients

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $19/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
