Description:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room.
This is a fast-paced environment, handling complex diagnoses with a diverse patient population.
The daily census averages around 130 patients, with a staffing ratio of 1 nurse to 4 patients.
Patients range from infants to geriatrics, exhibiting a variety of medical conditions.
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, along with holiday staffing as scheduled.
Nurses should possess strong critical care skills, including advanced emergency procedures.

Experience with procedural sedation and the management of various emergency conditions is essential.
Candidates must maintain proficiency in emergency medications and IV management techniques.
The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with an interdisciplinary team for optimal patient care.
This role requires flexibility and dedication to providing high-quality emergency services.
