• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' business drivers and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with account managers and channel partners to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
• Provide technical leadership on storage products and architectures during the sales process
• Conduct evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations to meet customer needs
• Translate customer requirements into innovative solutions that facilitate growth and capacity

• Pre-sales experience is required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
• Familiarity with modern web architecture (e.g., LAMP stack, AWS well-architected framework)
• Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (e.g., FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN)

• Experience in enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software sales
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, and microservices architectures
• Knowledge of digital transformation to Cloud Native architecture
• Experience with storage-intensive applications and structured databases (SQL, Oracle)
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
