We are looking for a Software Scrum Master & Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing development team through the full software lifecycle. The role balances technical resource management with Agile advocacy to ensure scalable, business‑aligned solutions.

• Facilitate Agile‑based project activities, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and remove impediments.
• Interpret and communicate the technical director’s plans, define architecture, coding standards, and best practices, and oversee code quality and technical debt.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, align technical requirements with product roadmaps, manage budgets, resources, and timelines, and provide status reports to leadership.
• Manage and verify all requirements, test plans, demo preparations, bug lists, and IRAD work; sign off on completed work after validation and maintain detailed project status updates.
• Assist in aligning product development cycles with the broader company strategy, drafting proposals, and maintaining strong customer relations.

• Minimum of 7+ years in a relevant project management or Scrum Master role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork ability, deep attention to detail, and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Familiarity with project management and issue‑tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Domain knowledge in ATM, GBDAA, and/or C-UAS.

Salary Range: $124,370 – $176,400
