20 hours per week | 4-8 PM M-F

Salary: $23.50 - $32 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus

  Part-time after-school hours for work-life balance.

• Support individuals with autism in home settings around Germantown, MD.
• Teach essential daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collect and organize data during sessions, contributing to personalized client programs.
• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to continually grow your skills.
• Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans that make a real impact.
• Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure every child’s needs are supported.

• Passionate and compassionate, excited to work with children with autism.
• Prior experience in childcare, especially with children with disabilities, is a plus.
• Available to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance are essential.
• A great communicator with a collaborative attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
