Job DescriptionJoin the City of Gering as Pool Manager and take the lead in creating a safe, organized, and welcoming aquatic experience for our community.
Responsibilities- Supervise staff and enforce pool rules and cleaning schedules
- Maintain safety and operational standards, ensuring a well‑run facility
- Set expectations, support staff, and create a positive, respectful environment for employees and patrons
Dependable, mature individual comfortable with leadership, confident communication, and pride in maintaining facilities.
