Partners Personnel is seeking hard-working and dependable individuals to join a warehouse team. This role requires flexibility to work in multiple areas of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, sorting, staging, loading, and unloading products.
Job Title:
Warehouse Associates
Pay rate: $18.00/hr.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
* Provide warehouse support for Shipping and Receiving departments
* Verify incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities against packing lists and purchase orders
* Identify and resolve discrepancies as needed
* Accurately identify and recognize parts using labels, reports, and documentation
* Prioritize orders and receipts based on operational needs
* Pick, pack, and process outbound orders accurately
* Prepare and ship equipment according to freight carrier and customer requirements
* Process outbound shipments using integrated warehouse software systems
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Dependable, punctual, and reliable attendance
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic math and analytical skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Willingness to accept direction and constructive feedback
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Flexibility to work overtime as needed
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus, but not required
