Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator. If you have familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions, coupled with a commitment to phenomenal customer service, this is the position for you!

Schedule:

M-F (final schedule to be determined during interview)
$20.50/hr
Responsibilities   As a Warehouse Associate, aside from performing general warehouse functions, this position will also include the following responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department
Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues
Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance
Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives
Works with team to ensure department is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
Other duties as assigned
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Qualifications   A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. A successful Warehouse Associate will possess the following:
3 years plus warehouse experience
Has proven the ability to train others
Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions
Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures
Product knowledge
Problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficient
Strong organization skills and leadership qualities to take and give team direction

- Pay Range:

- $15.00 - $23.79
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles  OR  Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
