Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate? The SIMOS team is currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution lumper positions. In this role, you must have 6 months of lumping experience. As a SIMOS associate, you will receive health/dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks!

As a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate, you will be responsible for lumping, which involves loading and unloading heavy bulk items up to 70 lbs.

Must have up to 6 months of loading and unloading (lumping) experience to be considered for the position

• Must have 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Lumping (loading and unloading trucks manually).
• Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds or more of heavy, bulky furniture.
• Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull.
• Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours; reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift.

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am until the work is complete. Shift start/stop times may vary.
• Pay: $17.50 per hour.

• Responsible for staging of orders, sorting of pallets, and loading furniture to be delivered out of the warehouse.
• The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and reliable, able to work at a steady pace to meet production schedules.
• Visual capacity to read and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that indicate danger or provide instructions (horns, alarms, traffic, etc.).
• Sorting of pallets
• RF scanning skills
• Great attention to detail

Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to lift 75 pounds. No education requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.50 – $17.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
