Superabrasive Inc., based in Hoschton, GA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fill an immediate full-time salaried position. We offer a casual work environment with available healthcare, 401K, and paid vacation options.

Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking warehouse associate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders. Keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.

• Unload, load, and process incoming stock;
• Process outbound shipments of inventory via UPS, commercial carrier, delivery trucks, and will calls;
• Move, store and transfer materials, supplies, and merchandise in a warehouse, loading dock, and storage area;
• Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations;
• Maintain warehouse in a clean and safe condition;
• Operate a hand truck, cart, dollies, forklift, and lift boxes up to 70 lbs;
• Convey merchandise and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas;
• Sort and place merchandise or items on racks, or shelves according to a predetermined sequence;
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders to the packing station or shipping department.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• One to three months related experience and/or training;
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects;
• Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency;
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Basic computer skills needed;
• Experience with Quickbooks and UPS Worldship will be a plus.

Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 annually, based on experience.
