Join Publix Super Markets as a Warehouse Person. This role is located in Dacula, GA.

Base Pay Range: $34,000–$47,000 per year.

Publix Super Markets is a privately owned supermarket leader with a strong emphasis on community involvement and sustainability. As a Warehouse Person, you will maintain the appearance of the distribution facility, ensure product accessibility, support cleaning and sanitation, and help reduce shrink through sorting and repackaging.

• Maintain the facility appearance per Distribution’s Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist with cleaning industrial equipment, tractor trailers and facility floors.
• Sort recycling materials and manage shrink detection by collecting damaged cases, sorting product, repackaging, and labeling.
• Document tasks on a Master Sanitation Schedule.

• At least 18 years old.
• Successfully complete a Work Attitude Survey.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended periods of time.
• Obtain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations before or on the start date.
• Use cleaning chemicals and powered industrial equipment requiring PPE.
• Lift, carry and stack product weighing up to 67 pounds for Frozen Foods & Produce or 85 pounds for Boxed Meat/Dairy.
• Stand, bend, stoop, twist and perform repetitive work for long periods.
• Operate a pallet truck or forklift operated within the operator compartment.
• Work under strict time requirements.
• Read, write and identify and verify numbers.
• Interpret, understand and follow instructions.
