Job Location: In-Person, $25–$30/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Our client is a manufacturing and distribution company specializing in nutritional and health-related products, and they want you to join their team as a Warehouse Coordinator.

• Coordinate all warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material distribution
• Act as the main point of contact for shipping/receiving staff, carriers, and customs brokers
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, verify documentation, and resolve damages or shortages
• Maintain accurate inventory, freight, and delivery records while preparing reports
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely while ensuring a clean and organized facility

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related warehouse experience (or equivalent combination)
• Forklift operation experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and controlled documentation
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
