Roadside Technician Commercial Tires (Training Provided) - Webster, MA
. Starting pay: $18 per hour. This role is an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. When a customer has a tire-related failure, you will be dispatched to the customer's location to repair or change the tire. You should expect to be roadside when performing your duties. When there are no service calls, you may assist with mounting orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed.
- Respond to tire-related failures at customer locations to repair or change tires on semi-truck fleets.
- Be on-site roadside during service calls; when not on service calls, assist with mounting orders and help clean and organize the shop, plus other general duties as needed.
- Participate in mandatory on-call rotation and after-hours service calls, including weekends and nights; after-hours calls are paid at double time with a minimum of 2 hours per call. For example, if a call is completed in 45 minutes, you will receive an additional 1 hour 15 minutes of double-time pay.

- Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Commercial Service Tire experience
What skills will you learn?
- Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire
- Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary
- Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all other safety policies and procedures
