Overview

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
- Write and review code that adheres to coding standards, ensuring functionality and performance
- Participate in all aspects of the application integration build process, including idea generation and technical design
- Mentor associate software engineers and assist in sprint planning and execution
- Monitor work against production schedules and report any issues to lead developers
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- At least 3 years of experience in one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and familiarity with web services technologies (REST, HTTPS, JSON)
- Experience with at least two modern frameworks or tools such as React, Angular, NodeJS, or cloud services (Google Cloud Platform or AWS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting integration issues
- 3+ years of experience with Workday integration tools and certification
- Familiarity with Informatica Power Center or Dell Boomi for data integration
- Knowledge of XSLT and web service protocols (SOAP, REST)
- Previous experience in designing large-scale consumer-facing applications
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile methodology environment
