Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot

Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, arranging measures, and reviewing room designs to make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by checking stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as needed. They contribute to Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms create an appealing and safe shopping environment, driving sales to meet department and store goals.

• Greet customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs
• Provide showroom tours and arrange measures for projects
• Review room designs with customers and make purchasing recommendations
• Monitor and restock samples and brochures to support inventory availability
• Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms are inviting and safe
• Help drive sales in support of department and store goals
