Job Description: LHH is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join a small, collegial Metro Atlanta firm that primarily represents local governments and municipalities. The role will focus on contract review, with an emphasis on business contracts for professional services.

Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate business contracts for professional services.
• Provide legal advice and support on general corporate matters.
• Collaborate with the legal team to manage contract processes.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia bar membership.
• 3+ years of experience in contract review or corporate law.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation: Base salary starting at $130,000+, depending on experience.
