MW Talent is partnering with a respected boutique personal injury law firm in Decatur to hire a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney. This is a full-time, in-office position — ideal for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and wants to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.

Responsibilities
• Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement

• Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

• Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements independently

• Work closely with your assigned case manager and pod team to ensure smooth case progression

• Oversee case documentation and uphold firm and legal standards

Requirements
• JD from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Georgia

• At least 4 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation

• Strong negotiation and case management skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-driven environment
