• Own the end-to-end scope of cross-team projects, including documenting requirements and tracking delivery timelines
• Communicate with partners and internal stakeholders to align on project scope and timelines
• Drive clarity around project ownership, responsibilities, and escalation paths across teams
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, proposing mitigation plans as necessary
• Maintain and share regular project status updates to keep stakeholders informed

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including clear project documentation
• Proficient in agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to manage a significant workload and prioritize effectively

• Experience in fintech or payments is strongly preferred
• Experience working in a distributed or multi-timezone team environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring structure to loosely defined initiatives
• Experience with data-informed decision-making using metrics and KPIs
• Strong stakeholder management skills, navigating competing priorities across leadership
