About the role

Ruby Labs operates multiple D2C subscription products across health, education, and entertainment, each at different stages of growth. We are looking for a Head of Growth who will lead experimentation and product growth initiatives across our entire portfolio.

Your mission is to design, manage, and scale a world‑class growth system that drives acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through structured experimentation and strategic leadership. While individual products may already show traction, your role is to transform growth into a repeatable, scalable competitive advantage.

The Team

You will be building and leading a high‑performing growth organization composed of top‑tier talent across CRO, growth, lifecycle, and research.

Our team operates in a fast‑paced, 100% remote environment with high talent density and a strong ownership culture. As Head of Growth, you will set standards, build scalable processes, and ensure alignment across all growth‑related functions during critical scaling phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead experimentation and product growth initiatives across multiple Ruby Labs products by designing, managing, and scaling high‑impact testing and optimization programs.

  • Define and institutionalize a company‑wide experimentation framework covering hypothesis generation, prioritization, test design, validation, and knowledge management.

  • Establish structured growth roadmaps aligned with company objectives, product lifecycle stages, and market opportunities.

  • Oversee CRO, growth, lifecycle, and research functions to ensure consistent testing velocity and measurable impact.

  • Ensure statistical rigor, data integrity, and methodological excellence across all experiments.

  • Maintain exceptionally high quality standards for all tests, including strong attention to UX, visual design, messaging, and brand consistency.

  • Apply strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to diagnose performance issues and design effective growth solutions.

  • Translate data insights, user research, and behavioral analytics into well‑designed, high‑quality experimentation initiatives.

  • Continuously analyze key growth and unit economics metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention curves, and conversion rates.

  • Establish best practices for experiment documentation, learning management, and institutional knowledge sharing.

  • Foster a culture of structured experimentation, craftsmanship, and high performance across all growth teams.

  • Present insights, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

You are a senior growth leader with deep experience in D2C digital products, ideally subscription‑based businesses. You have built and scaled experimentation‑driven growth systems and understand how to balance speed with quality.

You combine strategic thinking with strong product intuition, analytical depth, and design sensibility. You care deeply about user experience, clarity of messaging, and execution excellence.

  • You bring:

    • 7+ years of experience in growth, CRO, product growth, or performance strategy

    • Proven success scaling digital subscription or consumer products

    • Advanced expertise in experimentation and analytics platforms

    • Strong understanding of user behavior, funnels, and monetization mechanics

    • Demonstrated ability to maintain high testing standards at scale
      Experience leading high‑performance, cross‑functional teams

    • Excellent written and spoken English

    • High standards, strong ownership mindset, and structured thinking
