• Lead information risk assessments and analyze documentation to conduct thorough evaluations
• Document and communicate risk assessment results to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct risk scoring based on various factors including threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate security architecture solutions
• Prepare and present findings and solutions to management at various technical levels

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Security, Governance, Risk, and/or Compliance
• 7-10 years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management
• 5-7 years of experience in Information Security Governance, Risk, and/or Compliance functions
• Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, encryption, and Security Event and Incident Management (SEIM)

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in Information Security with proven leadership in cybersecurity governance for M&A
• Strong background in policy lifecycle management and compliance with HIPAA and NIST
• Experience in producing executive-ready dashboards and narratives for leadership
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
