• Configure, roll out, and support the Epic Grand Central team with a focus on Prelude
• Analyze system requirements and specifications, and document workflow analysis while evaluating user experience
• Provide guidance and support to end-users, enhancing the use of Epic and resolving system issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex issues

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong organizational skills in managing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles
