Position Overview
Senior Service Now Developer
Our direct client is seeking a Senior Service Now Developer to design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and platform capabilities. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Service Now solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customize Service Now applications and modules
- Build workflows, Flow Designer solutions, scripts, and automations
- Support ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications
- Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support upgrades
- Follow Service Now best practices and participate in code reviews
- Mentor junior developers as needed
- Strong Service Now development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Now scripting
- Experience with integrations and automation
- Solid understanding of Service Now architecture and CMDB
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Service Now certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS)
- Experience in large enterprise or government environments
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Mid‑Senior level
