• Support comprehensive requirements testing, including planning, documentation, and defect management
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and secure necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and providing project updates

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology

• 1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry or Healthcare industry
• Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
