What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the design, development, execution, and dissemination of clinical and population health analyses, metrics, and reports
  • Establish strong relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
  • Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
  • Mentor colleagues across the organization in consultative, technical, and business expertise
  • Manage projects effectively to ensure successful completion and alignment with organizational priorities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years leading the design, execution, and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting and analyses
  • Minimum of 7 years with coding languages and analytical software using claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data
  • Minimum of 5 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Minimum of 5 years providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational, and financial stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
