Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year
A bit about usWe are a leading manufacturing company and are known for our custom designed technical solutions. Due to growth, we are looking for a Controller to assist in owning the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Play a key leadership role in strengthening financial operations and driving process improvements - Stability:
Established manufacturing company with strong industry presence
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience; manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Strong background in General Ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Experience with internal controls, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting
- Proven ability to improve financial processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Visual ERP a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
