• Develop and manage a budget and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Negotiate loans and lines of credit
• Create financial statements
• Oversee financial activity in the data center management industry
• Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies, and procedures
• Direct and oversee an organization’s financial and budgetary activities
• Manage general activities related to making products and providing services
• Consult with other executives, staff, and board members about general operations
• Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements
• Appoint department heads and managers
• Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance indicators
• Identify places to cut costs and to improve performance, policies, and programs

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably within the financial services or technology sector
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP(SAP, Oracle) systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and draw meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

This position is offered with an annual salary of $122,600 with benefits.
