The Specialist, Warehouse Dock Fulfilment is primarily responsible for retrieving inventory and packing the merchandise for shipment.

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Control and maintain all records required for accurate, on‑time completion of shipments.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments.
• Receive inventory and check the merchandise's quality and accuracy.
• Efficiently wrap and pack merchandise with packing slip or order details for each shipment, while maintaining a quick and steady pace and not compromising accuracy.
• Have all merchandise prepared accurately and ready for shipping on time.
• Periodically use computers, email, scanners, and the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, create paperwork, or document reporting.
• Support and promote company core values.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Comply with company C‑TPAT and TSA security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, as well as Internet, web‑based, and job‑specific software applications such as the WMS.
• Ability to type and update computer systems quickly and accurately.
• Proven competence to communicate clearly and persuasively with all levels of an organization.
• A team player with a high level of energy and self‑motivation.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and set priorities.
• Must be mentally and emotionally capable of handling a high‑stress environment.
• Experience working in Freight Forwarding or Transportation industry preferred.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
