As the part-time Delivery Driver you will ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service. Your positive interactions with colleagues and clients help reinforce our company values and vibrant culture.

• Ensure showroom is regularly stocked, inventory is rotated, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while promoting workplace safety
• Process customer orders received by phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service, including will-call orders from stock, and assist with inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting prices
• Operate a forklift to move stock, receive freight, assist with inventory cycle counting, and perform shipping duties for product deliveries
• Handle customer complaints or issues, referring unresolved grievances to a Supervisor or Manager, and ensure proper safety protocols, including the use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, promote safety awareness, and collaborate with all branches and departments in a professional manner

• High school diploma or GED; prior customer service experience; strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Physical tasks: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and handling hazardous materials safely
• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers professionally, exercise good judgment and initiative
• Attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and regular computer use for order processing
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in work
• Clean driving record
