We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Stand‑Up Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, picking and staging orders, and transporting materials using a stand‑up reach forklift. • Operate a stand‑up forklift (such as a reach truck or order picker) safely and efficiently to handle materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload freight from inbound and outbound trucks while maintaining awareness of surroundings and other personnel.
• Pick, stage, and move materials based on customer orders and work instructions.
• Use RF scanners, inventory systems, or manual processes to ensure order accuracy.
• Transport materials to designated storage or staging areas.
• Complete work orders accurately and ensure items are correctly labeled and properly secured on pallets or in trucks.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including order fulfillment, inventory control, restocking, and housekeeping.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklift and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations, company safety protocols, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a stand‑up forklift in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting (required).
• Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory systems, and RF scanners (required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute work orders and shipping documents.
• Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, twist, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety vests, steel‑toe boots, and gloves.
