We’re seeking a Senior React Native Engineer with fresh ideas and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in payments technology to join our Mobile SDK team. You’ll drive innovation and lead mission‑critical projects that impact our global customer base.

• Develop and maintain high‑performant Mobile SDKs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define API requirements and ensure SDK compatibility with web and mobile native ecosystems.
• Develop clean, maintainable code while following best practices in software development and testing.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and compatibility issues across platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development with at least 2-3 years focused on React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, and ES6+.
• Experience building and maintaining React Native SDKs or mobile libraries.
• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimizations and debugging techniques.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Strong knowledge of mobile security, authentication, and data handling best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and automation for mobile.
• Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Recoil, or similar).

• Production‑grade experience with native iOS (Swift, Objective‑C) and/or Android (Kotlin, Java) development.
• Knowledge of web technologies and how mobile SDKs interact with web apps.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying shared business logic and data layers using Kotlin Multiplatform for Android and iOS targets.
• Experience working within the fintech space.
• Familiarity with Web Assembly, Web Views, and hybrid app development.

• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams, providing advisory and hands‑on support.
• Practical communication skills to share knowledge and best practices across the organisation.
• Keen analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Creative problem‑solving to implement innovative solutions.
• Dedication to monitoring performance and making iterative improvements to maintain optimal operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
