We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and successful production delivery of Angular-based applications. This role requires a strong blend of hands‑on Angular expertise, technical leadership, and cross‑team collaboration in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary front‑end technical leader, ensuring alignment across teams, tools, and processes while delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions within defined timelines.

• Lead the front-end architecture, design, and development of Angular applications.
• Own Angular projects from design through production deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks related to people, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure seamless deployments.
• Ensure alignment of tools and processes across teams and avoid duplication.
• Enforce enterprise development standards and best practices.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• 7–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building and leading Angular-based applications.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Angular (latest versions)
• Type Script, RxJS
• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
• Responsive UI design
• Strong understanding of:
• Front‑end architecture and modular design
• API integration
• State management and performance optimization
• Hands‑on experience with:
• C#, .NET, SQL
• Relational databases
• Back‑end integration concepts
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience leading matrixed teams in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Exposure to Dev Ops pipelines, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience with enterprise‑scale applications.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end trends and emerging web technologies.
• Experience with document composition or design tools is a plus.
