Hourly Rate: $15.39

Job Description: 1:1 position: Assists with adult client one on one enrolled in a day program with daily life, social and academic skills and/or behavior management training. Observes and monitors client’s behavior and charts observations and incidents. Serves as role model and provides emotional support and feedback to client & their support system. Will complete documentation by computer daily.

Job Schedule: Will work Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.

• Ability to observe and monitor program participants’ behavior
• Ability to train program participants in routine daily living skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to participate in supportive guidance
• Must be proficient with computers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old to apply
• A minimum of 6 months of social service experience
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points
• Must be able to lift with no restrictions for client care
• Experience with working with the developmentally delayed population preferred but not required
