Job DescriptionDevelop, implement and adhere to written plan for health education and promotion. Produce and adheres to deadlines for daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports in accordance with program performance expectations. Manage assignments; i.e., timely, efficiently, productively, scheduling, monitoring project funding needs, and follow-up with projects through completion. Communicate verbally and in writing; effectively and professionally with the community, peers, supervisors, and the performance of job duties.
Accomplish a variety of assignments, meet deadlines, set priorities, and manage projects independently.
Valid Oregon driver's license. Not engage in dysfunctional use of alcohol or any illicit drug use. Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement and pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
